How it works
Think about this as a month-long ceremonial container to live more deeply into your Truth.
This offering blends forest therapy, shamanic reiki, and strategic purpose consulting. Reiki energy moves beyond time and space, so I can offer this service from deep in the forest and you’ll receive the benefits where you are.
Week 1 — Intention setting
Set up a 30 minute call with Julia to discuss details
Send materials in the mail (varies but may include a piece of hair, a handwriting sample, a sock or bandana, and a photo)
Week 2 — Personal ceremony
Complete a personal ceremony on Land where you are
(you will receive personalized guidance on how to do this)
Week 3 — Deepen and Heal
Complete Medicine Wheel Personal Compass exercise while Julia works on your behalf to cleanse and heal with shamanic journeying, work with the forest and the elements, intuitive readings, reiki, and more.
Week 4 – Integrate
A follow-up consultation that includes guidelines for how to integrate the energy healing, and follow-up practices and/or ceremonies to align deeper with the infinite healing powers of Nature.

Research shows that when we have a sense of higher purpose, we stay healthier and live longer. So how do we figure out what our purpose is?
Purpose comes from the Earth. It moves up through your body and then your mind is the last to know. Your purpose is already inside of you, waiting for you to discover it. The more time you spend with Nature, the more clear your purpose gets.
Although in Western life we might feel cut off from our wild Earthly roots and relationships, it nevertheless remains true that the deep structures of our human psyche — the underlying patterns, universal archetypes, innate capacities available to us all — are connected to the wholeness of the Earth.
Your soul is the unique purpose or identity that you were born at this time to occupy. Many people never fully discover or consciously embody their soul purpose. The soul gets stuck or pieces get lost. This work helps you recover your own soul.
At this time the Earth is calling out to us — begging us to listen and trying to help us heal. When we connect with the Earth, the ultimate healer, our life begins to unfold in ways we never imagined.
about Julia — Your Guide for this work
Life leads us in unexpected and magical places when we allow ourselves to trust in the natural unfolding. My unfolding has led me from working as a strategist at top design firms in the world to the middle of the forest. I’m living in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument in Oregon.
When I ask the trees why they brought me here, one thing is very clear: to be a vessel for the potent healing this place has to offer.
Through this process of deep listening, I’ve been guided to offer long distance shamanic purpose and energy healing sessions for individuals who are ready to step into The Big Work.
I’m living in intimate connection with the natural world and can offer that connection out to individuals around the world.
In addition to studies with healers around the globe, I’m a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner.
