Heaven on Earth at Ecotopia in Ojai

A blissful afternoon hot springs soak, forest bath, and yoga

 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2018 @ ECOTOPIA

 2:00 - 6:00 pm

21 + up!

Imagine soaking in private hot springs, frolicking through the forest, and enjoying the most soulful yoga class of your life. Now let's make that dream happen. Sojourn to magical Ojai and rejuvenate from the inside out and the outside in.

We've reserved Ecotopia for this experience that will start with some treats (cannabis optional). You will then be guided through a transformational forest bath and juicy yoga class and set free to watch the sun set and the stars come out while bathing in a private hot springs.  Our intention is to create a safe, fun, and playful container for the power of nature to heal you in the way only nature can.

What's forest bathing?

Forest bathing is an evidence-based practice of connecting to nature as a way to destress and heal. It comes from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku and the version practiced by the Forest Bathing Club brings in nature connection elements from shamanic practices around the world. Forest bathing is meant to be accessible to everyone — it's not about going on a long hike, but rather about slowing down and connecting deeper to the world around you. According to the Japanese prescription for nature healing, it's always beneficial to finish a forest bath with a hot springs soak!

Why cannabis?

Nature heals us from the inside out and the outside in. Cannabis is medicine from the Earth that helps us get out of our own way and be out in the world. We'll be offering a microdose that does not take over the experience but just heightens it. Of course this part is totally optional and you're more than welcome to enjoy the experience without the microdose.

And yoga?

We'll stretch and breathe outside in nature, activating our neurons, expanding our awareness, and drinking in delicious, healing, and rejuvenating prana (life-force) from the beauty of our natural surroundings. This will be a gentle, restorative, and invigorating 45-minute practice, that will culminate with an extra-long, delicious savasana (resting meditation). No experience necessary - total beginners welcome!
